Naše nemovitost se nachází v blízkosti centra. Jedná se o dům „Fratiška Patejdla“, který zde provozoval na počátku minulého století několik živností. Za zmínku stojí strojní truhlářství a stáčírna piva z místního pivovaru v Plasech. Dům je zrekonstruovaný v duchu první republiky a nabízí stylové ubytování ve čtyřech dvoulůžkových pokojích.
Tři naše pokoje mají manželské postele a jeden pokoj je s oddělenými lůžky. Každý z pokojů je vybaven TV, Wi-Fi a vlastní koupelnou s WC
